The windows frame the large green trees in the front and back yards. We have a foosball table and ping pong table. The home is close to the trails that run throughout Flagstaff. The original formal dining room is set up as a sitting area or game room. There is a large dining table in the family room. Only approximately 30 minutes from Sedona, easy access to skiing and you can get to plenty of restaurants in less than 5 minutes. Easy access to old town Flagstaff as well. Because of our insurance company rules, certain dog breeds are not allowed. The ones not allowed are listed in the rules. We do have a security camera in the front of the house. There are no cameras or listening devices in the back or inside the home.
Great neighborhood with plenty of trees and flowering shrubs depending on season. It is easy access to the Flagstaff trail system. The house is not far from the forest land also. Just 20-30 minutes to Oak Creek Canyon and Sedona. Getting to the slopes is also a breeze! Great to relax in front of the fireplaces after a day of skiing!
The neighborhood is pretty! Lots of trees and flowering shrubs depending on season. You can walk to the Urban trails which would get you into town or to the forest land. All the homes look different. We personally love that about the neighborhood.
Car would be your best bet. You can also hike the Urban trail and its easy to get to from this neighborhood. If you enjoy walking, there is a shopping center about 1 mile away. We have a two car garage and the driveway may be able to accommodate 4 more cars depending on size.
The paddles and balls for ping pong are in the front hall closet. There is also frisbee golf in the front closet.
The house does have air conditioning. The thermostat is in the hall.

Dogs that are not trained to do their business outside are not welcome. You will be charged for carpet and furniture cleaning if your dog soils the carpet and/or furniture.
